Two separate things
Your plan's daily reward
A subscription runs for a fixed term and pays its stated daily percentage, settled once a day. The rate, the term and the amount are shown on the plan before you subscribe.
Task compensation
Separate from the plan. Each task states what it pays and how that was worked out. You are paid only when a reviewer approves your submission — approved amounts clear to your available balance after a 2–3 hour processing window.
