How it works
Real work. Real review.
Real compensation.
AIBridge has two sides. Workers apply for open positions in their profession and complete tasks. Earners subscribe to a plan and take on eligible tasks. Both are paid for work that is actually reviewed and approved.
The Worker path
Apply for a position · four verification stages
Apply to a sector
Pick the professional sector that matches your background and complete the application form.
Submit qualifications
Upload the documents that sector requires — CV, certificates, licences, experience.
Verify your identity
Government ID, proof of address and a selfie. Stored privately, seen only by the verification team.
Manual review
An administrator reviews every application by hand. Estimated review time is 4–6 hours.
Receive real tasks
Approved workers get tasks in their sector with a brief, a deadline and a stated compensation.
Submit your work
Complete the task and submit it with your notes and any files.
Reviewed and paid
A reviewer approves, rejects or asks for a revision. Approved work clears to your balance after a 2–3 hour processing window.
The Earner path
Register · verify · subscribe · earn on approved tasks
Register
Give your details, sector and certification level.
Get verified
Identity verification, then manual approval. Estimated review time is 4–6 hours.
Choose a plan
A subscription runs for a fixed term, pays its stated daily reward, and unlocks the task tiers for that plan.
Take on eligible tasks
Your dashboard shows the tasks your plan and sector make you eligible for.
Get paid for approved work
Task compensation is earned per approved submission — separately from the plan reward.
Withdraw
Request a payout to your saved method. A 5% processing fee applies and is shown before you confirm.
The task engine
What happens to a task
Step 1
Created & assigned
An administrator publishes a task with a brief, deadline and compensation. It reaches the members eligible for it.
Step 2
Accepted & worked
The member accepts, which commits them to the deadline, then does the work.
Step 3
Submitted
The submission enters review. Estimated review time is 2–3 hours — it stays there until a person decides.
Step 4
Approved & paid
Approved compensation becomes a pending earning, then clears to available balance with its own transaction reference.
The 95% rule
Workers must complete at least 95% of their settled eligible tasks in a monthly evaluation period to qualify for the applicable monthly payment. The rate is approved ÷ (approved + rejected + expired), shown live on your dashboard.
Why approved work isn't instant
Submitted work goes to a real reviewer, and approved compensation sits in a 2–3 hour processing window before it becomes spendable. These are stated estimates, not a countdown — nothing is credited before a person approves it.
How amounts are worked out
Every task states its compensation and how that figure was reached before you accept it. Withdrawals carry a 5% processing fee, itemised on screen before you confirm.
